Jay Slater video split head man with machete

A new video of Jay Slater, the British teenager who is missing in Tenerife, has emerged on social media. The 19-year-old from Lancashire has been missing since Monday (17 June) morning after he was split up from his friends at the New Rave Generation festival the day prior.

Unable to find his friends, Jay decided to stay out with a group of people he had just met. On Monday morning, he called his friend Lucy Law, who told Sky News that he had ‘cut his leg on a cactus and had no idea where he was’, and that his phone was on one percent battery.

Lucy said that Jay stayed out with people he met on Sunday night who were renting a holiday home apartment ‘miles away from civilisation and in a very secluded location’. She claims that the teen left the apartment at 8.00am before calling her.

Now, almost a week on from the teenager going missing, new footage of him walking through a nightclub has emerged on social media, shared by TikTok user Leah (@leah.birchxx). The short clip shows him at a rave wearing sunglasses on his head, with music playing in the background.
